How Doorstep Valet Trash Works
Valet trash is a resident amenity where tied trash bags are removed from the apartment doorstep and brought to the onsite dumpster or compactor.
Standard National apartment doorstep trash pickup happens Sunday through Thursday, between 8-10 PM.
Residents put out bagged & tied trash.
Residents’ valet trash containers must be out for trash pickup between 6-8 PM.
We discard bagged doorstep waste using leak-proof-satchels or tilt carts.
Valet trash is carried from the apartment doorstep to the onsite container. Photo-PDF documents nightly pickup via a smartphone app to improve resident service and provides the Proof of Pickup® with Amazon®-level Verification that property managers need.
We also have mandate-required doorstep recycling solutions — monthly recurring delivery of clear blue recycling bags available.

Ask about bulk item removal. We pick up large items/bulk trash from multifamily apartment communities — sofas, love seats, appliances, mattresses, in-unit trash out, etc.
